The WELS Registration Portal is used by industry members to register WELS products.
You will need to sign-up for a user account before accessing the WELS Registration Portal. The WELS Registration Portal allows you to create new WELS organisations, submit WELS applications and manage WELS products.
If you are not registering WELS products then you do not need to sign up for a user account. All public WELS registration information is available on the WELS product register.
Sign up for user account
You must sign up for a user account to submit applications under the WELS scheme.
The sign-up form requires that you provide some of your personal information.
The Privacy Notice explains how your personal information will be collected and handled as part of the application and registration of Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) products under the WELS scheme.
By signing up for an account on the WELS registration portal, you consent to the department collecting, using and disclosing your personal information (including any sensitive information for the purposes set out above).

Everyone involved in the supply chain is responsible for making sure products are registered before they are supplied. This includes manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, retailer or building developers.
